The Five Element Cycle forms part of the founding principles of Imperial Feng Shui. Within our calculations there are times where imbalanced energy can be altered by introducing an element in the form of colour. On other occasions energy can be enhanced and made more productive by the use of colour.
When we recommend that you use certain element colours we suggest that you introduce large expanses of the colour such as walls, ceilings or floors. Generally it is fine to have accent colours from other elements.
If you are really uncertain as to whether a colour is suitable then you can send us a colour sample to check for you.
