Anthony Tomkins, is a senior partner of the national recruitment consultancy Charles Fellowes Partnership. He called in Master Chan when he felt that the business was not thriving as it should

He found that Master Chan was able to identify the most successful members of the team from their position in the office, based on his calculations.

The consultation had the added aspect of having a psychology student assess the company before and after the consultation. The student, who was initially skeptical of Feng Shui found that the staff felt happier and were more comfortable in the office once the consultation had been carried out. Also the company's figures showed that the business became much more productive.

Anthony agrees that, while it took time to change the office and this involved some financial outlay, the upturn in business rapidly recouped this expenditure. He would also point out that all of the recommendations should be carried out before the full benefit can be appreciated.
